About Steph
I began my career in visual communication, working in design agencies for nearly a decade before realising I wanted to do something more meaningful—something that could make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
At the time, I was balancing a full-time job with intense training to compete nationally and internationally in Ultimate Frisbee. Struggling with fatigue and digestive issues, I sought the help of a nutritionist. That experience proved to be a turning point, sparking a deep amazement and interest in nutrition that gradually evolved into my chosen career.

My personal journey with health and wellbeing has not only transformed my life, but has also given me empathy, perspective, and practical advice to support others. I strive to continuously learn and improve, so I can guide clients with the knowledge, care, and tools they need to succeed.

Soon after graduating, I was fortunate to gain clinical experience with Nuffield Health which opened doors to working with global companies including Microsoft, Bank of America, Tesco, Amex, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and S&P Global. I also spent several years running 12-week healthy weight programs—an incredibly rewarding experience that deepened my understanding of the complexities of weight management.

Training as a Metabolic Balance® coach has enabled me to offer clients a structured, long-term solution for sustainable weight loss. This approach works quickly and effectively, helping to keep motivation high through what can often be a challenging journey. I am grateful and thrilled to be able to offer this as one of my services.
